Steve has been the Director of James Group Ministries from its inception in 1998. His work in pastoral consultation and recovery spans the last 35 years — whether it be his own recovery or assisting with someone else. He has four children and has been married to his wife Carole for 30 years.

David Bates, President
David has been involved with James Group Ministries since 2006, joined the Board of Directors in 2009 and was elected President in March 2012. David is a member of Webb Chapel Church of Christ where he is active as a teacher and a worship leader, as well as working with the youth group. In addition to his day job as a Brand Manager and Creative Director, David has been an active musician – writing and performing with multiple bands over the years. He lives in Farmers Branch, Texas with his wife Leanna, their two daughters, Chandler and Vivien, and a very large dog named Bear.
Jordan Dyniewski, Secretary
Though a resident of New York City, Jordan has been working with James Group Ministries since 2009 and was formally elected to the Board in March 2012. Though once an aspiring actor, Jordan ended up taking a different course to become heavily involved in the non-profit sector. His professional experience is primarily comprised of event planning, fundraising and non-profit management. He is currently employed by New York Restoration Project, an environmental organization founded by the entertainer Bette Midler.

Kevin Reed
Kevin has been an active member at Webb Chapel Church of Christ and the James Group for over 20 years. He joined the Board of Directors in 2008 and served as Board President until March 2012. Also in March 2012, Kevin accepted a job in and relocated to Richmond, VA where he currently resides with his wife, Paula, their 3 horses and a mini donkey. Kevin and Paula are blessed with seven sons and ten grandchildren.
Wayne White
Wayne, and his wife Karen, have worked at the Webb Chapel Church of Christ since 1995. Having come to Webb Chapel as the Educational Director, Wayne was asked to fill the pulpit in 1999 on a temporary basis, but was later moved to full-time in December of 1999. He has served in that capacity until the present time. Wayne was asked to join the Board of the James Group in 2009. He and Karen live in Carrollton, Texas and they have two children and eleven grandchildren.
