What types of things can the James Group help me with?
We at the James Group know there are three facets of recovery from an addiction. There is mind, body, and soul. All of these must be evaluated and addressed. Leaving one out and only addressing one or two can and will insure failure of the process. How to address living problems is a very important avenue of success. Unskilled approaches to living problems can and does produce stress and anxiety in our lives that must be handled well or there is overload. Overload is an unacceptable condition in humans and must be remedied. How we deal with overload is the formula to peaceful living.
James Group is also capable of helping families or loved ones cope with those close to them having trouble. There is a need to engage in total coverage of the problem areas for complete homeostasis to happen.
